INGREDIENTS:

4 slice of mozzarella

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of thyme

8 slice of Parma ham

4 pork fillets

Salt and pepper

METHOD:

Mix the mozzarella slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the thyme and season.

Cut the pork fillet lengthwise in two pieces.

Put the mozzarella slice between the pieces of pork.

Wrap the fillet with Parma ham and fix it with wooden pick.

Brush the wrap pork with olive oil before cooking.
